Who's eligible?
Every approved Empire Rx wholesale account, automatically. There's no enrollment form and no fee.
What counts toward my tier?
Qualifying merchandise we invoice you in a calendar month (Eastern Time) — whether ordered online, by phone, or through your rep. Shipping, tax, canceled invoices and fees don't count. Returns and credit memos reduce spend when issued; any excess reduction carries forward until absorbed.
How do I get paid?
As a statement credit on your account. You'll get an email showing the month's qualifying spend, tier and pending credit, and your rewards page shows when our team has posted it in DOit.
Is there a catch?
One: your account has to be current at month close (no invoice more than 30 days past due). If it isn't, the credit is held — bring the account current within 60 days and it's released; after that it's forfeited. Pay on time and it's automatic.
Do tiers carry over?
Tiers reset on the 1st of each month, so every month is a fresh chance to reach the next level.
