Return & Refund Policy

1. Prior authorization required

All returns require prior authorization from our Customer Service Department. Contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a return authorization. Once authorized, items must be returned within 5 business days.

2. Eligible returns

Products qualify for return credit when they are:

• In-date merchandise, twelve (12) months or more prior to expiration date;
• Unopened and in original, undamaged containers;
• Purchased directly from ERXD LLC.

3. Non-returnable items

• Product purchased as short-dated (less than 12 months to expiration date);
• Expired product;
• Close-out inventory, specials, or free goods;
• Refrigerated or other temperature-controlled items.

4. Credits

Approved returns are credited as a memo applied to your account within 7 days of receipt and inspection; credits are not issued as checks. A 20% restocking fee may apply to overstock returns.

5. Our errors

If we ship the wrong item or quantity, report it within three business days of receipt and we will make it right at our expense with a full credit.
